		<description>The Steroid Era is not over until there is a rule against it in the Major League Rules (MLR) as there is for gambling and fixing a game.  Torre is delusional. The "anti-doping" program is a joke, a side-bar deal with the union to cosmetically look like they are doing something about anti-doping while benefitting, both player and team, from the pop it gives teams at the turnstiles.
